Our soccer team, Columbia FC, captures the Central League Division 2 Championship with an 8-1-1 regular season record. With winning the Division, we are promoted through to Division 1 for the Spring 2018 Season. Why We Love Strictly Running

First off, you don't even have to RUN to love Strictly Running - they have Yoga classes, walking apparel, and all kinds of other great exercise gear. That said, it's a phenomenal running store selling only the best clothes, gear, and shoes - plus customer service and the expertise (from employees who themselves are runners) to get the exact right fit. What are we running toward?

At the new gym I’ve been going to, there is a long row of treadmills. The treadmills face a wall of mirrors. This means you get to watch yourself suffer. If you look to the left or right, you can watch other runners suffer too. You know what? Looking at yourself in the mirror when your heart rate hits 170 is not always pretty. So sometimes I steal a glance to the left or right to see if (as bad as I look) others are holding up even worse than me.
